Cloud Forest software · Sold in the shop
Next Thing
Household board · $19.99
The board for the next thing that needs to land this week: leftover work, divided and rewarded when it is done. Checkout is at the Cloud Forest shop. One person buys once and holds the license. Other adults join their own card. Kids pick a profile; they never need Google, email, or a password.
Not the App Store. Open Next Thing on your phone, tap Keep, then Add to Home Screen. Pay on Shopify. Then attach the license to the owner account: paste the key from your order, or confirm you bought it at the shop. Marketing: getnextthing.com.
What you keep
- Sold through the Cloud Forest shop: one-time, not a subscription
- The person who buys holds the license on their account
- Five people included, one owner and four others; upgrades in the shop
- Teachers, extra parents, interns, and adult students join with a code
- Kids stay as in-app profiles; they never need an account
- Today, week, points, instant rewards, and wish lists
- The Family template is included; ten more templates sell in the shop
- Install to the home screen and keep it
Who signs in
- Parent who buys. Google, X, or email. Their account holds the license and the house.
- Other adults. Teachers, extra parents, intern mentors, adult students. The lead sends a join code. They sign in and land on their card.
- Kids. Profiles on the board: names, points, wish lists. Not accounts unless a lead sends them a code too.
Templates
The Family template ships with Next Thing. The rest are ready-made boards sold in the same shop. Each asks a few questions, then sets up the people, tasks, and rewards for that kind of group.
