Cloud Forest Martial Institute is more than just a martial arts school. We study the art of war, and that means studying the art of living, how to adapt in every culture, every time period.
We teach our students more than just how to punch and kick. We teach empowerment, improvement, the need to strive for excellence, and how to think outside the box.
As many industries as we can safely thrive in
So we push ourselves into as many industries as we can safely thrive in: producing our own video content, our own books, our own software. We have a team of software engineers, writers, videographers, photographers, and business entrepreneurs who all work together to grow our community of empowerment.
Not only teaching ourselves to run businesses in multiple industries, to cultivate a modern version of our Taoist lineage, but to become modern-day warriors, capable of great violence if called upon.
Ethical violence
We cultivate an understanding of ethical violence, working closely with the meaning of violence, and working with our students to cultivate a healthy and capable philosophical perspective, shaping their life decisions.
The house of work
The hall, the shop, and the software are one lineage in public: a modern Taoist house that trains, publishes, and ships.
